Cancellation & Order Modification
We’ll help wherever possible. Requests are easiest to honor before an order is fulfilled. Once shipped, options are limited by the carrier.
Cancellation Window
Fast processing: Most orders begin fulfillment within 1–2 business days and often the same day if placed before our daily cutoff (U.S.: ET • Hong Kong: HKT).
- Unfulfilled orders: We can usually cancel or modify—email us ASAP with your order number.
- Processing (picked/packed): We’ll do our best; some changes may no longer be possible.
- Shipped: Cancellation isn’t available. See After Shipment options.
Tip: The fastest path is replying to your order confirmation email with “Cancel / Modify Order #1234”.

Availability can vary based on inventory, time of day, and courier pickup schedules.
Address Changes & Shipping Method
Before shipment: Email us with the correct address and your order number—we’ll update it if the parcel hasn’t been sealed.
After shipment: We can request a carrier intercept or hold-for-pickup when supported (not guaranteed). Carrier fees may apply.
- We can’t change the destination country after checkout—please cancel and re-order if eligible.
- PO Boxes/APO may require USPS or similar services; oversized items may be ineligible.
Pre-Orders & Limited Runs
For pre-orders, we’ll honor cancellation or changes any time before allocation to fulfillment. Estimated ship windows may shift; we’ll notify you of significant changes.
- Split shipments available on request (additional postage may apply).
- If a pre-order is delayed substantially, you can cancel for a full refund prior to shipment.
Promo Codes & Price Adjustments
Forgot a code? If your order hasn’t shipped, we can usually apply it. If shipped, we may issue a partial refund within 7 days of purchase when the promo was active at the time you ordered.
- One promotion per order unless stated otherwise.
- Price adjustments exclude flash sales and bundle-only discounts.
After Shipment Options
Once an order ships, cancellations aren’t possible. Options include:
- Carrier intercept / reroute (when available; fees may apply).
- Refuse delivery so the parcel returns to us—refund issued on receipt (less original shipping where applicable).
- Return within 30 days per our Shipping & Returns policy.
Submit a Cancellation or Modification Request
We reply quickly—typical response within 24h (Mon–Fri).
If changing address, include full name, street, unit/floor, city, state/province, postal code, and country.

Can I cancel after I get a tracking link?
Once tracking is live, cancellation isn’t available. You can refuse delivery or return within 30 days per our policy.
My address has a typo—what now?
Email us immediately with the correct address and order number. If already shipped, we’ll attempt a carrier intercept when supported.
Forgot a discount code?
If your order hasn’t shipped, we can usually apply it. If shipped, we may issue a partial refund within 7 days when eligible.
How fast do you reply?
Typically within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). Time-sensitive requests are prioritized.
