Processing & Cutoffs

Processing time: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.

Daily cutoff: Orders placed before 12:00 PM local warehouse time (U.S.: ET • Hong Kong: HKT) are typically processed the same business day.

Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding local holidays.

We’ll email your tracking link when the parcel is scanned by the carrier.

Shipping Zones, Carriers & Typical Transit

Transit time starts after the carrier picks up your parcel. Estimates exclude customs delays.

Transit estimates are not guarantees; weather or carrier networks can affect delivery.

International Shipping & Duties

We ship worldwide where carriers operate safely. Import duties, taxes, and fees are determined by your country and are the recipient’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • We include item value on customs forms as required by law.
  • Customs inspection can extend delivery times.
  • If a parcel is refused due to duties/taxes, we can refund the item price (less shipping) after it returns to us in original condition.

Tracking, Signatures & Delivery

Tracking: A link is emailed when your parcel leaves our facility. You can also use our Order Tracking page.

Signature: For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery for security.

PO Boxes / APO: We can often ship to PO/APO/FPO via USPS; some services are unavailable for oversized items.

Missed delivery: Carriers typically attempt redelivery or hold at a nearby facility.

Address Changes & Undeliverable Parcels

Before shipment: Email support@artiforia.com ASAP with your order number to request a change.

After shipment: We’ll try a carrier intercept when possible (not guaranteed). Additional carrier fees may apply.

Return to Sender: If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we can reship after confirming details (additional postage may apply).

Pre-Orders & Split Shipments

Pre-orders: Estimated ship windows are provided on the product page and in your confirmation email. We’ll notify you of significant changes.

Split shipments: Orders with in-stock and pre-order items may ship together by default. If you want separate shipments, contact us—additional postage may apply.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Parcels

Damaged on arrival: Keep the packaging and email photos to support@artiforia.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Marked “Delivered” but not received: Check with household members, neighbors, or your building office first and allow 24 hours. If still missing, contact the carrier and email us—we’ll help investigate.

Claims must be filed within carrier timelines; contacting us quickly helps us assist you.
