We want you to love your piece. If not, returns are simple within 30 days. For fastest help, email support@artiforia.com.

Return Window

30 days from the date of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and inserts.

Return shipping: paid by customer, except for damaged/defective items or our error.

How to Start a Return

Step 1: Submit the form below with your order number (#1234) and reason.

Step 2: We’ll reply with a prepaid label (when applicable) or instructions.

Step 3: Pack securely — ideally in the original carton with foam/protective inserts.

Step 4: Drop off within 7 days of approval; keep your receipt.

Returns damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging may be subject to a partial refund.

Packaging checklist:

  • Use the original inner box + outer carton whenever possible.
  • Wrap edges/corners; fill voids to prevent movement.
  • Include packing slip or a note with your order # and email.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Typical processing: 3–7 business days after inspection (bank timelines may vary).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or required by law.
  • If the item shows signs of use or missing parts/packaging, a partial refund may apply.

We’ll email you when your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

Fastest way: place a new order for the item you want and start a return for the original. If you prefer a direct exchange, note it in your request and we’ll try to accommodate based on inventory.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Damaged on arrival: Email photos of the packaging and item to support@artiforia.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect item: Contact us within 7 days; we’ll send the correct item and provide a return label if needed.

International Returns

International return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged/defective or we shipped the wrong item.

  • Customs duties/taxes are not refunded by Artiforia. You may be able to claim them back from your local customs authority.
  • Use trackable shipping and share the tracking number with our team.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can provide store credit for the return value upon receipt. If not marked as a gift, refunds go to the original payment method of the purchaser.
