How to Submit a DMCA Notice
If you believe content hosted by Artiforia infringes your copyright, your notice must include the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list).
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including exact URL(s) so we can locate it.
- Your contact information: full name, address, telephone, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed or to which access has been disabled and the location before removal (URL).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or their agent.

Consistent with the DMCA, Artiforia may terminate accounts and/or restrict services for users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove content alleged to be infringing without prior notice.
Removal & Restoration Process
Upon Notice
We remove/disable access to the material and notify the uploader.
Counter-Notice
If a valid counter-notice is received, we forward it to the original claimant.
Restoration
Unless the original claimant informs us of court action within the statutory period, we may restore the material.
