Orders & Shipping

Fast, secure delivery with real-time tracking.

QHow long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Transit typically takes 2–5 business days depending on destination. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order leaves our studio.

QDo you ship internationally?

Yes. Duties/taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. International delivery times vary by carrier and customs. If you need a specific ETA, contact us at support@artiforia.com.

QWhere is my order shipped from?

Orders typically dispatch from our U.S. operations (Dover, DE). Some limited runs may ship from our Hong Kong studio to reduce lead times for APAC customers.

QCan I change or cancel my order?

We can modify or cancel if the order hasn’t shipped. Email us ASAP with your order number: support@artiforia.com.

QWill I get tracking?

Yes, an automatic tracking email is sent when your parcel is scanned by the carrier. Check your spam/junk if you don’t see it within 48 hours.

QWhat exactly is “Whiskey Bottle Art”?

Collectible display pieces inspired by whiskey bottle forms and cultural motifs. Each piece features layered color, embossed details, and a polished, glass-like finish—made for shelves, bars, and gifting.

QDo the studio photos match the product?

Yes. We color-calibrate our photography so what you see online matches what arrives. Ambient room lighting can affect perceived warmth; view under neutral light for true color.

QHow do I clean and care for it?

Wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasives, solvents, or alcohol-based cleaners. Keep away from high heat or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.

QIs gift packaging available?

Yes—our packaging is gift-ready by default. You can add a gift note at checkout; we’ll exclude pricing from the packing slip.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love it—no hard feelings if you don’t.

QWhat’s your return policy?

30-day risk-free returns on undamaged items in original packaging. Start a return by emailing support@artiforia.com with your order number.

QWhen will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method—typically within 3–7 business days depending on your bank.

QMy item arrived damaged—what should I do?

We’re sorry! Email photos of the packaging and item to support@artiforia.com within 7 days. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

Yes—limited custom runs are available depending on design and volume. Share your idea and quantity at support@artiforia.com (subject: Custom).

QAre you affiliated with brands/teams shown?

Artiforia is an independent studio. Any references are for artistic inspiration; all trademarks belong to their respective owners. Where a collaboration or license exists, we’ll state it on the product page.
